2. Artworks
- All artworks are original works unless otherwise stated.
- Each piece is unique. Minor variations in color, texture, or detail may occur compared to digital images.
- Descriptions, dimensions, and materials are provided as accurately as possible but are not guaranteed to be exact.
3. Pricing
- All prices are provided in EUR or SEK unless otherwise specified.
- Prices may change at any time prior to confirmation of sale.
- The final agreed price will be confirmed in writing before payment.
4. Order process
- An inquiry or expression of interest does not constitute a purchase.
- A sale is confirmed only after written agreement between the buyer and Carl Håkan Källåker.
- Once confirmed, the artwork is reserved for the buyer for an agreed period.
5. Payment
- Payment terms will be agreed individually.
- Full payment is required before shipment unless otherwise agreed.
- Accepted payment methods may include bank transfer or other agreed solutions.
- Ownership transfers only after full payment is received.
6. Shipping and delivery
- Shipping details are agreed individually for each purchase.
- Costs, timelines, and methods depend on location and artwork size.
- The buyer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
- Risk transfers to the buyer once the artwork has been shipped.
7. Returns and cancellations
- All sales are final unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Returns are not accepted for original artworks.
- In exceptional cases, cancellation terms will be defined prior to payment.
8. Intellectual property
- The artist retains all copyright and reproduction rights.
- The buyer acquires ownership of the physical artwork only.
- The artwork may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
Carl Håkan Källåker is not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to the purchase or use of the artwork.
Liability is limited to the value of the purchased artwork.
10. Governing law
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of Sweden.
