1. General
This Return Policy applies to all purchases of artworks made from Carl Håkan Källåker.
Due to the unique nature of original artworks, all sales are considered final.
2. NO returns
- Original artworks cannot be returned or exchanged once the purchase has been completed.
- Each piece is one of a kind, and therefore not eligible for standard return procedures.
3. Exceptions
Returns may only be considered in exceptional cases:
- If the artwork arrives significantly damaged during shipping
- If the artwork received does not match the confirmed agreement
- In such cases, the buyer must contact the artist within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence.
4. Shipping damage
All artworks are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.
If damage occurs during shipping, responsibility may fall under the shipping provider. Assistance will be provided in resolving the issue, but liability is not guaranteed.
5. Refunds
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed only after the artwork has been returned and inspected.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
6. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before shipment and if payment has not yet been fully processed, unless otherwise agreed.
